Ingredients
- 8 French toast (see how to make in the next recipe)
- 8 eggs
- 4 spoonfuls of milk
- 8 slices of bacon
- assorted green shoots
- a bunch of green asparagus
- salt and pepper and a pinch of ground chili
Crispier bacon
When the bacon is well cooked and crispy, remove it and place it on kitchen paper on a plate, so it will be even more crispy.IN THE KITCHEN
- Trim the end of the asparagus and blanch them for about 2 minutes if they are thick. Remove from the water and place in very cold water.
ON THE BARBECUE
- Place the FLAT TOP GRILL on the barbecue grill and preheat the barbecue to 400ºF. Barbecue the slices of bacon for 7-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Spread the asparagus on the FLAT TOP GRILL, sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper. Close the barbecue and cook for about 3-4 minutes, turning them over when half cooked.
- Beat the eggs with the milk and a pinch of salt, pour onto the FLAT TOP GRILL and stir on the barbecue. Cook for about 2 minutes. When a minute is left to finish the cooking, place the French toast on the FLAT TOP GRILL and close again.
- Serve the French toast with the bacon, asparagus, and scrambled egg in layers. Add salt if necessary and sprinkle with ground chili if you wish.
