French Toast Brunch

Nobody can resist this essential recipe, which everyone should know, is scrumptious.

French Toast Brunch

Ingredients

  • 8 French toast (see how to make in the next recipe)
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 spoonfuls of milk
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • assorted green shoots
  • a bunch of green asparagus
  • salt and pepper and a pinch of ground chili

Crispier bacon

When the bacon is well cooked and crispy, remove it and place it on kitchen paper on a plate, so it will be even  more crispy.

IN THE KITCHEN

  1. Trim the end of the asparagus and blanch them for about 2 minutes if they are thick. Remove from the water and place in very cold water.

ON THE BARBECUE

  1. Place the FLAT TOP GRILL on the barbecue grill and preheat the barbecue to 400ºF. Barbecue the slices of bacon for 7-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. Spread the asparagus on the FLAT TOP GRILL, sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper. Close the barbecue and cook for about 3-4 minutes, turning them over when half cooked.
  3. Beat the eggs with the milk and a pinch of salt, pour onto the FLAT TOP GRILL and stir on the barbecue. Cook for about 2 minutes. When a minute is left to finish the cooking, place the French toast on the FLAT TOP GRILL and close again.
  4. Serve the French toast with the bacon, asparagus, and scrambled egg in layers. Add salt if necessary and sprinkle with ground chili if you wish.
