Ingredients
- 8 thick slices of bread
- 3 eggs
- 60 g (3 spoonfuls) of sugar
- 500 ml of milk
- a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
- 2 spoonfuls of butter
To accompany it
- Maple syrup and red fruits.
Aromatize!

- Mix the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl.
ON THE BARBECUE
- Place the FLAT TOP GRILL on the barbecue grill and preheat the barbecue to 390ºF. Soak the sliced bread with the mixture without saturating the bread, just get them moist. Coat the FLAT TOP GRILL with butter and place the French toast on it. Cook for one minute, turn over, and cook for another minute.
- Remove them and serve on individual plates. Repeat the operation with all the slices. Serve hot, with the syrup and red fruits.
